A perfect class for students of all levels or who want to start learning Taekwon-Do.  Parents can learn alongside their children at this class so the whole family can progress together.  You will become fitter, stronger and healthier whilst having fun.

If you are a beginner, you will need to wear comfortable clothing to the classes to allow freedom of movement.  Training takes place barefoot.
