About Our Classes
Children (aged 6 and above) and Parents’ Class
This is the perfect class for children of all levels or children who want to start learning Taekwon-Do. Parents can learn alongside their children at this class so the whole family can progress together. You will become fitter, stronger and healthier whilst having fun.
If you are a beginner, you will need to wear comfortable clothing to the classes to allow freedom of movement. Training takes place barefoot.
Instructor Mr David Shakespeare is CRB/DBS checked.
